Not bragging, but I can take a handful of pills with a gulp of water [or whatever is handy.] The exception is vitamin C pills--they sometimes gag me.
My sister is opposite of me. Totally unable to swallow pills. Has to grind them up and drink them. FWIW, a lot of people tilt their head back to swallow pills. Wrong! Tilt your head downward, chin to chest, and pills will go down easier. Don.
