[QUAD-L] Lightning hit my computers

hey guys just a quick question,
Lightning hit my dsl modem and took out the Ethernet ports on both my dell 
desktops. I replaced the modem and hooked the desktops up wirelessly. Can I fix 
the Ethernet ports or is the motherboard fried?
