replacing just onboard ethernet ports is not possible however if you have an open pci/pcie slot you can buy a cheap network interface card for the appropriate bus "pci/pcie"

hey guys just a quick question,Lightning hit my dsl modem and took out the Ethernet ports on both my dell desktops. I replaced the modem and hooked the desktops up wirelessly. Can I fix the Ethernet ports or is the motherboard fried?thanksRon
