I pretty much have the same feelings. I am coming up on 20 years and I
still try to look presentable in public. Don't like having my urine bag out
for the world to see.  There have been times when my urine smell so strong
that I had to take measures which are out of the norm in order to Remedy
the situation.

Wheelchair had a pretty good suggestion. I really wish more companies would
hire quadriplegics to test there equipment out before they. Start making
all these changes.
