Hello Ronald, I purchased one of those small floor heaters that get their
heat from some kind of infrared heating element. It heats up pretty
quickly, and has a thermostat on it, so it will turn off and on, depending
on how hot/cold the temperature is inside my bedroom.  I think it cost me
about $120.
