I use a weighted (with beads) heating pad that I also put on my chest, or my shoulders if I'm on my side. I put it in the microwave for only 10 Seconds, but when I'm up and have bad neck pain, I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. I live in Northern New Jersey. Bobbie
