I had a dash solar charger . Wont work if you have a considerable draw, but
worth a try. Could work

My dealer told me to get low voltage solar battery charger and plug it
into cigarette lighter. I have EMC equipment that is very sensitive to
surges. My van battery still went dead after a few weeks of not starting
van up but it did help when starting every few days.

I had a switch on my older van that was mounted above front wheel. It
worked great at keeping battery from discharging.
