Has anyone had a hemorrhoidectomy and will you share your experience as far as general anesthesia versus spinal block and sedation, recovery time, etc.
I am scheduled for surgery Dec. 8 and while it is an outpatient procedure we're doing it at the hospital just in case something goes wrong. I'm on blood thinner and nervous about going off of it even though he said we'd do lovinox shots the 3 days before surgery and after. Ready for relief! Nicki
