Do you stay in one position all night? I bought a mattress off of Amazon, like $400. It has 8 inch cells, tubes that run sideways. They rotate air in them, every other one deflates then inflates. Not the ones under your shoulders, so you can't feel the moving around. I go all night without getting moved or turned. I bought 2 extra cells just to have on hand incase I got a leak. Greg
