I know I've always had dry skin. My legs and arms are always dry.
I also sit in the sun a lot and burn my scalp.
I also think lots of us do not shower, but get washed off. Getting soap washed 
off or body with a wet towel can never get all the soap off. Unless you used 
new towel with each wipe. Other wise your getting soap wiped off with a soapy 
towel. I assume it gets smeared a lot.
