Danny, for a few years I put a memory foam overlay on top of a mattress, and a sheepskin topper over the top of the memory foam. It worked pretty well. Also tried an air alternating pressure overlay, unfortunately they spring a leak after a few weeks. I came across an Invacare alternating pressure/low air loss mattress replacement on eBay that was going for about 1/4 of what they usually cost, purchased it and have been pretty happy with it so far.
