I've used a 3" Rhoh mattress for well over 22 years. It only comes in single size, I put a "filler" egg create mattress folded in half on the other half of my full size hospital bed. The Roho mattress comes in 3 sections that snap together and you inflate it the same way you would a seat cushion. I can stay in any position for over 10 hours without any redness on my skin. Bobbie
