I'm pretty lucky, it only takes me 15-20 minutes to get up/down. Except the 2x a week bathing, etc. I try to set things up to be as easy as possible. I no longer do (Range Of Motion). Well, not as often. I stretch my hands myself while I'm up. But a quick stretch of my legs every few weeks still works well. I often set easy accessible snacks on the edge of the table that I can slide onto my lap. Not sure what level you are, I'm a C/5, I know a C/4 or higher would be a lot more work. And I freeze water bottles half full. Then when I want juice or pop I just have it poured in it. I use an insolated bottle holder that hangs from a strap. It can keep it cold a long time. I hang it from my arm rest. I can do pretty well for awhile. Greg
