[QUAD-L] help for finding a standing lift

i'am a c 6,7 quad  been paralyzed for 26yrs
i having a really hard time finding a used standing lift.
i cannot affored the new ones i looked every where.
and there are no rehab places to receive outpaient theraphy.
i have not stand up in 20yrs its been so long and frustrating.
