No easy answer, Dave. First, visit your doctor. Second, monitor closely. It
can easily slip into pneumonia, and that's bad. If you have a problem
coughing up phlegm, lie on your back with head lowered and feet elevated.
Have someone pound rapidly on your chest to loosen the gunk. Try to bring
it up and out. This saved my life a few years ago.

I have bronchitis. It sucks. Hard to breath always coughing. But the worst
is when your in bed. You cant cough it up or stop coughing so you get no
sleep.
How did any of you handle it?
