Overall, he is well pleased with it. It's a beautiful chair. His only complaint, it doesn't handle rough terrain very well. Nice speed, but short on torque. Could be an adjustment issue. Now I have a Quantum 4000 with their control system & it is fast also in speed three. Linda F.
