The cause is probably Ditropan. I take Ditropan that I get at Kmart
rather than my regular pharmacy. The ones from KMart are light blue/green and
the ones from my pharmacy is robin egg blue.

The difference is the type of filler they use in the pill.

I use:

learned about them from a clinic for throat cancer.

Hi Larry –
So sorry to know this has been going on so long! The nurse in me is
curious if anyone has explored the potential “cause” with you?
There is a list here of a number of the secondary things - have you been
through such a list and eliminated them?
I would see a functional medicine doctor or good naturopath! Take this
list along to whomever you do see….don’t give up!

Subject: [QUAD-L] More stuff
For over four months now I have been dealing with what my dentist calls
burning mouth syndrome. I had never heard of it until my tongue/lips began to
feel like I had chugged scalding coffee. Any food even slightly spicy is
just torture. Even cold water and toothpaste feel like hot pepper. The doc
has given me diflucan and prednisone and neither helped. Biotene is the only
toothpaste that doesn't make my eyes water. I can only tolerate bland food
....and I can barely taste anything. It's about to bring me down. It's not
enough that everyday is a stretch of hell, we have to pile more sh-t on
top of it. I've had about all I can take guys. I say a prayer every night
that I won't wake up the next morning. I'm sorry to lay all this on you guys.
Some of you have problems that make mine look tiny. Thanks for
listening/reading my ranting. God bless each of you. Larry
