Completely agree with you Bobbie.  If you get more fine, but might as well 
start your mind to working on alternatives.

     It's never to early to start looking into anything that will help Sharon.

If I may suggest that you get in touch with her occupational therapist she had 
in rehab, she will be a great source of everything that can help her.
