I had a colostomy surgery performed in late May, but I had some difficulties with too much still coming out every other day and blowing the waffer. I was at wits and when I contacted the store when yours from the colostomy supply company as well as my own stoma nurse. They both suggested bowel irrigation. Since my body have been used to doing the bowel regimen every other day for 20 years, we switch to irrigating my bowels every other day and have had tremendous success with that. It's not for everybody, but it has made my somewhat irritable bowel problem much easier to control. That way if I get diarrhea I am able to put on an irrigation sleeve and repeat my bowel regimen. Q
