We have used Aquacel AG for years and it is fantastic. Good luck with your wound, that is so frustrating. Our skin just keeps getting more fragile as we get older. I ended up buying a miracle foam mattress four years ago from Amazon, and no new breakdowns since. I do not get turned at night, so I am in the same position for 9 hours, so yes I am very happy with the mattress. Joan

It's about 1/4" wide and comes in a roll and you cut as much as you need. I found spray normal saline to clean the wound. I'm going to get a alternating pressure mattress topper for my bed.
