There was a time when the max recommended dosage for Baclofen or Loreasel was 100/110 per 24 hour period. I know many taking less and some taking more. Your primary doctor is your best source since they issued the RX. A Baclofen Pump, for those who qualify, uses a fractional amount of Baclofen.
