I only take 40 mg per day, but I am a C3 incomplete. Spasms come and go, but are not so bad. I'm sorry for those people who have really bad spasms as they are painful. I find my spasms increase when I have a wound or have unusually rigorous physical therapy or do something new in PT...........

Your primary doctor is your best source since they issued the RX. A Baclofen Pump, for those who qualify, uses a fractional amount of Baclofen.
