I had a similar experience a few years ago. I’m in my van in a parking lot
starting to exit the vehicle. I backed away from the steering wheel unhooked my
Chest straps trying to reach for something that fell on the floor. I pushed up
the armrest leaned over and found myself stuck between the wheelchair and the
wall of the van. I couldn’t get up.

It was about 10° and I was saying my goodbyes after about 90 minutes. Along
came an Angel who pulled it to the spot next to me. Screaming, banging on the
window to get her attention failed. Five minutes later she came back got into
the car pulled it around so she was facing the opposite way. Now when she got
out of her car she was right next to me. Finally, she went into a bar to get
help.

Six people showed up and I asked them to break a small window to unlock the
door. Nothing they could do would break the window. So, one guy had an idea, he
would take apart the rear window, then climb through it. Going on two hours now
and freezing I listened as they finally got the glass out of the window frame.
Of course, they proceeded to drop it. $450.

Plastic garbage bags and duct tape later I was on my way home. I got a mile
down the road when the bag blew out. Finally got home with frozen cajones.
