I am. Usually have 2 night nurses. Now only have had one for the past
month. Don't think it is the ventilator, at least in this state. Nurses
were only considering home health care as a last resort when they can't
find a job elsewhere. The other issue has been the lower pay. Medicaid
didn't pay as much. Washington just past a $10/hr pay increase effective
July 1, so we are hopping that more people will start applying.
