Just wanted to share with everybody a new function I just enabled. It's call "Ask My Buddy" Through voice control you would say "Alexa, ask my buddy Lisa for help" And the Echo will send an email, text and phone call to up to 5 people you add to your buddy list.
Open the Alexa app, click on settings, open "Ask My Buddy" click on enable Then register yourself Then fill in contact information of the people you'd like to contact. It can contact all on you list or just one person. Make sure you get permission from the people your adding to your list ... duh, I know. Once you ask Alexa to contact someone she will verbally reply "I have sent a message to Lisa that Bobbie needs help" Lisa will hear a robotic phone message stating "This is Ask M Buddy, your buddy Bobbie is requesting your help."
