Yes it has no armrests and no headrest - my husband is a quadriplegic with no hand/arm movement and poor trunk control.............that is the problem with all these chairs.

All the manual chairs have those skinny tires that get stuck in anything and the knobby tire bikes are built for paraplegics that can use their hands.
