Most of the time now I am paralyzed, but never to the extent that I
actually am. For some reason I'm capable of moving my arms and doing things
that I'm not able to, but I am somewhat paralyzed in my dreams.

Visions of me walking in my head have pretty much diminished over the last
10 years or so.
