Call Invacare's customer's support line tomorrow with your serial number. It could be something as simple as loose battery connection(s) a defective charger or .... bad batteries. Invacare's Consumer Service is committed to ensure that your chair is operating the way it was designed. I hope to be with Invacare and several other manufacturers next week in Atlanta, GA at the Annual MedTrade Show. Service Depts must perform both evaluation and test each component from your batteries thru the control module, up to the joystick before telling you or Invacare what is the issue. Please let us know how they treat you. Best Wishes In a message dated 10/25/2016 6:14:35 P.M. But after I drive my chair a few miles, The charge meter on the joystick flashes the "Pi" sign. 2 T's together, with a wavy cross top. The bar charge meter is fading out. When full, I can see it, but after a few bars are gone I can barely see it. It looks to still have a charge, but the chair feels slugish. Then flashes "Pi". Think its faulty battaries? Joystick? Motors? Its an old chair, hope to start getting a new one soon. But I've been driving my chair few miles taking photos. I hope its safe. I called the shop, but they haven't returned my call yet. Thanks
