[QUAD-L] Pain, sleep, and other trivia

Hey guys. For the last two months my neck and shoulders have hurt so much I 
can't sleep at night. I don't know if it's arthritis or sleeping like a 
pretzel. Anyone else have this problem? Hope everyone had a great day! Larry
