I use to have the same trouble sleeping. I bought a GREAT 👍 pillow at
Bed Bath & Beyond. I don't remember the name of the pillow but it's very thick
and heavy. It's heaven because of jell that is partially on one side.
Jim Lubin has one and he said he uses all the time and it helps.
