It is tubes. I have to keep heals off bed or I get sores on them but we are
going to elevate minimally, just enough to keep heels from touching.
Thinking we need to rotate mattress so my butt is’t in na hole too.

Is your air mattress tubes, or small bubbles you can close off on that area?

I can't sleep on my back, though wish I could, but my cath doesn't drain
then.

You might put a small pillow just under 1 hip, yet stay flat. It can lift a
little pressure off.

Might try not ppping your feet up, might be adding extra pressure.
