One of my caregivers noticed last night I am getting another one. I am pretty sure its from laying on my back in bed. I prop my feet up and my pillow top has a deep indention where my butt is. I do have a air bed on top of the mattress. I cant lay on my side because my catheter doesnt drain. Suggestions please on how you would relieve pressure on this area. Home health nurse left me aquacell to put on it but they are 6 x 6 ..she said just cut them but that leaves 2 edges that arent sealed and I thought you werent suppose to put that directly on an open sore?
