A Mark Smith story I'd like to share with everyone.

I got a new chair in 2012 with a Quantum Edge bace and full air tires, which I
love.

I asked the Q-list about how long the tires would last, how quickly I could get
them replaced if I had a bad flat.
That's when Mark and I started talking. First it was through emails, then we
started talking on the phone. Mark answered my many questions, after all he
worked for Quantum.

Then one day I got a delivery of a very large box ... very heavy too. I hadn't
ordered anything so I couldn't imagine what it was.
Mark had sent me a set of brand new replacement tires for my chair! What a
surprise!

After I thanked him, I spoke to the receptionist at the company he worked out
and asked her if she knew what Mark's favorite restaurant was. She did and gave
me the number.
I bought him a gift certificate for dinner for two.

Mark called me to thank me and said that he took his girlfriend already and
that they enjoyed the treat.
