I also use probiotics and benefiber. What works for me when I get that yucky
feeling at dinner is to take a couple of Tums and it goes away right away.

I’m not ready to give up, too many grandchildren to watch grow up. Luckily I
am quite healthy overall, and at our recent Reno high school 60 year reunion I
had less to complain about than many of my former schoolmates. So I will count
my blessings. Hope everyone has a beautiful day, and prayers for those in the
Huston area.

I take a digestive enzyme and probiotics. They were "prescribed" by a
naturopathic doctor. Talk to your doctor, but don't give up…

When I'm eating that seems to happen to me at times, then I take a few big
gulps of water or something and it gets better. Same here with the quad
problems , seems there is always problems, pain and issues...but I have family
also and hope to hang around for a couple more years if possible. Dan H.**

You guys ever feel like your food just stops at the top of your stomach ? Then
it hurts and wants to come backup. I know my quadgut is probably the problem.
So tiring. If I could in good conscience end thisquad life I would do it in a
heartbeat. But got family and kids to consider. Larry Willis
