I also use probiotics and benefiber. What works for me when I get that yucky feeling at dinner is to take a couple of Tums and it goes away right away.
I’m not ready to give up, too many grandchildren to watch grow up. Luckily I am quite healthy overall, and at our recent Reno high school 60 year reunion I had less to complain about than many of my former schoolmates. So I will count my blessings.
