More than once. We used a boot and even then had to be sure and check for pressure sores. My dr absolutely would not do a hard cast.

So I broke my leg Last Friday Night turning around in the dark with my power chair. The toe of my boot caught on my bed and I twisted it and heard a pop. So now I have a cast up to my knee that I can't feel. Anyone on here have any experience dealing with a broken bone below your level of injury? I'm a little worried about what's going on inside that cast. -Bj
