I have been using knowbrainer along with NaturallySpeaking for several years now. I find it VERY helpful. I probably don't use 1% of its capabilities, but I wouldn't know what to do without it. Like it said the program is free to anybody with disabilities. Proving that you are disabled is not a hard job. I strongly recommend to anybody who uses NaturallySpeaking very much to get the knowbrainer software. While I am at it there is one more aftermarket program that goes by the name of SpeechStart +. I don't know if that is free to disabled people are not. Even if it isn't it doesn't cost much. I find that program very useful also. If you looked it up on the Internet you will see how useful it is. The main part of it that I really like is that if NaturallySpeaking freezes up you can restart Dragon totally by voice. There are some other neat little features, but that is the main one I use. I hope this helps with your decision. Kelray
