2 years ago, this month, I bought a Hill Rom bed and an 8" alternating pressure 
mattress out-of-pocket. I also bought an extended warranty that goes till 2020

At the end of March the blower started making loud noises day and night, 
couldn't sleep.
I called the service tech department and it took 2 weeks before they got out 
here
Then a new motor was ordered and installed a few days later.

3 HOURS after the tech left it started making noise again and then at 5:45am it 
stopped alternating 

I called Thursday and informed Hill Rom tech support about the new problem 
At the end of today, Friday, nobody has gotten in touch with me 

I informed them that I have a stage 4 wound 

Question; who can I contact about this BIG problem?

I'd love to find out the number for corporate headquarters but have no idea how 

Help, I need advice
