Dana, sorry to hear about the third-degree burns.
I bought an oven thermometer for less than 10 dollars so that aides can easily check the temperature of my coffee. My aides like it, as they are being careful not to give me something that’s too hot. I enjoy it, because I can safely enjoy coffee at my favorite temperature (between 139-140 degrees Fahrenheit). I have had the drink aide for several years, and we’ve replaced the mug itself with a generic one. I also have another large drink cup that we put a long flexible straw in and zip tie it to a roll around stand so I can always get more to drink. They have a number of links Of adjustable straws by Fleming Fleximug. I have been using Drink Aide . My straw broke allowing siphoning causing third-degree burns and I had to have surgery and skin graph. You can buy them through Amazon or Fleming. They were made for a mother with MS. I had a wound VAC and I had to be hospitalized. They are expensive but well worth that cost. They can be use for cold or hot drinks. When first deciding on which phone to get I could not find any way to control and iphone from a Windows pc. I can mirror an iphone/ipad to my pc but can't control it. With Android I can use my pc (with my adaptive keyboard/mouse) to control the phone. It was working for me, but then it stopped working with my new phone. It was mirroring but I was no longer able to control the phone. I am now using Vyor Pro https://www.vysor.io/ It works pretty much the same as Mobizen but nothing needs to be running on the phone. It has given me another step of independence as I now I don’t have to ask for help with my phone. Each and every thing helps just a little. 😊 Joan "Nothing is impossible, the word itself says I'm possible" Audrey Hepburn --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus
