[QUAD-L] They Tried To Take My Chair Back

I had to get a new power wheelchair. My old one was so old, you could no 
longer get parts. About 6 months after getting the new chair, I switched 
my health insurance company. A month later the old insurance calls 
telling me they want the custom fit, power chair, co-pay paid for, BACK. 
Without ever telling me before, they now say it was a 2 year “rent to 
own”. That I need to get my new insurance to buy me a new chair. Which 
means another 20% co-pay. I was not happy. Lots of fighting over the 
phone, appeals, etc., things finely got worked out and I get to keep the 
chair. Thats so unfair to even try that. The main reason I won was 
because they never told me it was "Rent to own.” They were supposed to 
tell me in writing beforehand
