Guess it depends on what method you are using to access the computer: voice, switch, mouth joystick. I think most methods can be used with either Apple Mac or Microsoft Windows.
The Morse code device I use is hardware so it works with any computer with an usb port, it doesn't matter what operating system it has (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android). I can use it with no voice and no hand or head movement. I sip and puff morse code into an air tube. Mouth joystick is another hardware option that connects to a usb port. It requires some head movement but enables you to move a mouse around.
