Thank you all who have reached out with their experiences, what you are
using and why.

My spine, with syringomyelia (and even without that dreaded secondary
spinal condition) feels like a rocket going right up my spine through my
neck and into my head and where my chronic pain is. This is why when this
chair was ordered the Numotion technician and my husband suggested
pneumatic tires most especially because, at that time, I was dealing with a
Stage III wound and it would never have healed with solid tires... I
definitely know that now! My severely compromised skin has healed but it
was not healing when I lived in the Northeast..

Even with 100% smoother areas to drive my chair and to drive on the roads
(here in southern Arizona) compared to so very many other states ... I can
feel the difference. I thought I could get by with having them order solid
tires for my mid-wheel drive chair but it makes my quality of life drop
significantly. I've only had them on today (after having them delivered and
put on yesterday) and wanted to drive around all of my smooth asphalt
pathways and parking lots but I am suffering afterward. My back got hurt on
Wednesday evening by moving wrong and this has only made it worse.

Any other input is welcomed!
