Hi Danny,

I haven't but I think Randy answered the question quite nicely and I am
eligible for a new chair so.......... since my life has been up in the air
nonstop... that is the reason I have not asked to be evaluated and all that
is needed to get a new chair. I will write to you privately at some point.
