“Yesterday at about 1:15pm, my mother passed peacefully with family by her side. It was an honor to be able to hold her hand at the end. There will be a service sometime in the spring to celebrate her wonderful life. Rest In Peace Mom, I love you so much. As many of you know , my mother is my hero. The amount of adversity she has faced and over came makes this post all the harder. Due to complications from a bedsore her lungs and kidneys have failed her. With the guidance of her health care team we have decided to focus on her comfort instead of aggressive treatment … She is resting comfortably and will be with her parents in heaven soon.
