I can't turn on the card in the control panel because I can't use the control panel
unless the card is installed and I can't boot up to change the control panel status
with the card in place because it won't boot at all...
Anyway, saw another card on eBay for, like, �5 so I will buy that and see if it works.

What I'm saying is when you turn on the card in the control panel, You can't
just restart, you have to shut down and then start up.
