Well, I thought about that. Neither the installation manual (that came with it) or the CD mention any restrictions other than a general warning about not installing on 5xxx/6xxx systems. It includes a tester for a specific hardware problem that needs to be fixed first. The tester says it doesn't apply to the 5400.
