Remote control (with TV)
Integrated FPU (unless you've upgraded the original 577 CPU)
Run a Mac OS above 8.1 (may or may not be construed as an advantage).

There would be issues I think if you're contemplating doing a mobo swap. PSU
would be a problem for starters.
