I haven't been following this thread closely, but as an FYI, the 
Q605/P/LC/475/476 will go to at least 132 MB of RAM.   I had to find 
single bank 64 MB SIMMs as opposed to double bank and put them in a 
SIMM doubler to do it, but it worked well.  Of course, with the SIMM 
doubler in there, I couldn't close the case, but I understand there 
are actual 128 MB 72 pin SIMMs available.
