The Nubus/PDS was once populated by a pc-compability card, maybe. Look around and see if any cards for this slot take your fancy. If you find something it may pay to ask here if it will work on the 610.
The vram is easy, you have 512k and two empty slots, if the slots are populated you have 1mb, if you plan on anything visual on this mac you might look for a video card for the empty nubus slot.
