Are the standard ethernet ports on post G3 macs (ie..7200's,9600's,8500's,etc...) compatible with todays Linksys EtherFast Cable routers/modems? Reason, When I plug these macs up to Linksys routesr, I never get a full 100Mps connection speed. Do I need to buy newer PCI NIC's, if so, are there mac drivers for these cards or just pc drivers.
I hope I've explained this right, I am kind of new to this whole networking thing. Bare with me, and thanks for any help.
