I-cab needs 7.5 Netscape 4.7.9 needs 7.6.1-you could only run Netscape 3(wow) Explorer you can only run up to version 3 with 7.1, now I don't know about you I have used those browsers and they are not what I call great.With having a higher OS that would enable them to have get broswers past 3, maybe they just want to surf the web, but I guess you never asked asked them that question.I'll wait for your response to this to carry on.
